The goal is to set up Pipelines for long-term success by establishing a strong brand strategy and identity. There are many aspects of brand strategy but here we will focus on brand personality and Tone of Voice. Pipelines’ target talent pool is 15 years old and up, while they are also connecting with key decision-makers in the tech, creative, and entertainment industry. Pipelines must effectively connect a young talent pool while striking the balance of being taken seriously by industry professionals.

scenario 1a

You are the project manager in charge of a new project with a client you have not met before. Please draft an introductory email introducing yourself and scheduling a kickoff meeting.
